Features Description InData Systems New Powered Wireless Interface Technology The new Power-Link is a serial powered wireless interface, designed as a joint venture between engineering groups at InData Systems and Wireless Mountain Laboratories Inc., for eliminating cables between any serial barcode scanner, and a PC. With it range approaching 300 feet this will provide an inexpensive wireless solution to any application. Designed to drop into any currently running system, the Power-Link will eliminate corded scanning. Because it is costly to develop a portable data terminal application, this unit offers another solution to you data collection needs. With the help of software the Power-Link can drop into any existing system, be built into new and upcoming systems, or use normal keyboard wedge software with existing applications Lightweight, balanced and easy to use, the Power-Link can be used in repetitive, high volume hand scanning operations in even the most demanding environments. The Power-Link can be connected to any TTL RS-232, or True RS-232 barcode scanner. The Power-Link 's base station connects to all popular PCs. The Power-Link can be integrated with all types of customer systems.
